Yes — Gurgaon Bengalee Association, formally registered in 1996, is Gurugram's first statutory Bengali cultural organisation, dedicated to preserving Bengali language, culture and traditions in the city.
Gurgaon Bengalee Association organises Gurugram's oldest Durga Puja, a tradition dating back to 1982. Held at the HUDA Community Center, Sector 9, it is one of the most anticipated Bengali cultural celebrations in the city, spanning five days of rituals, music, theatre and community bhog.
GBA hosts Bengali cultural events year-round — Durga Puja, Poila Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Kali Puja, Saraswati Puja, theatre, music and literary programmes — making it a central hub for Bengali culture in Gurgaon and Gurugram.
